Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, ensuring an unshakable pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Careful inspection during container loading process.

Our products are entirely custom made according to buyer dimensions and architectural specifications.

Q4 What is your typical production delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Terms are typically 30%-50% T/T deposit, with balance due before delivery (Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted).

Q5 What warranty is provided with your products?

We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering colorfastness of frames, hardware performance, and structural integrity. International courier replacements are dispatched promptly for quality issues.

Q6 Do the windows come pre-glazed or require onsite glazing?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on overall unit dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and simplify installation onsite. Onsite glazing is recommended only for oversized units.
