Yes, all our products are fully bespoke and manufactured based on your exact sizing, structural requirements, and color choices. Standard frame surface treatments include powder coating (Frost Black and Silver Grey) as well as custom RAL colors.

Delivery takes approximately 28 to 45 days after deposit confirmation and shop drawing approval. Windows and doors are delivered fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware pre-installed, allowing direct installation into wall openings onsite.

We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and non-peeling, as well as proper functionality of hardware and accessories (including a 10-year warranty for German hardware). Replacement parts are delivered promptly via international courier in case of quality issues.

We operate 2 production facilities capable of outputting over 200,000 square meters of doors and windows per year. Our standard payment terms require a 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment after final inspection.
