Delivery takes approximately 28 to 45 days after the deposit and shop drawings are confirmed. Payment terms are 30%–40% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment following inspection.

Units arrive fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware pre-installed at the factory, allowing direct installation into your wall opening.

A 10-year quality warranty covers frame non-fading and peel-off resistance, as well as proper hardware functionality under standard operation, including a 10-year warranty for German hardware. Prompt replacements are dispatched in case of verified quality issues.
