Packing & Loading

Step 1: Wrap window corners with hard, thick corrugated board and tighten with protective film.

Step 2: Place on iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 T goods (approx. 10-15 units of doors & windows).

Step 3: Fix all goods with steel bars and screws onto the pallets to ensure stability. Wrap the pallet with protective film to prevent water and dust.

Step 4: Use forklifts to load goods into containers, inserting air bags in pallet gaps to ensure 100% safe transportation.

What is the standard delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are typically 30% - 50% deposit via T/T with the balance paid prior to delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Do windows come with glass pre-installed or glazed on-site?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation. On-site glazing is recommended only for oversized products.

What warranty and quality support do you offer?

A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame color stability, structural integrity, and proper operation of hardware. Replacement parts are supplied promptly in case of quality issues.
