Packing & Delivery

All products are packaged securely using durable Iron Pallets (rather than wood) to ensure maximum strength and stability during transport.

Step 1 Cardboard corner protection to prevent collision damage.

Step 2 Protective tape wrapping around frames to eliminate scratches.

Step 3 Secure fixing of windows and doors to iron pallets via metal strips.

Step 4 Reinforced structure using heavy-duty plastic belts.

Step 5 Full PE film wrapping to protect against moisture and dirt.

Step 6 Container-bound pallet securing with durable plastic strapping.

Step 7 Airbag void filling between pallets to guarantee transport stability.

How can I get an accurate price quotation?

Price is based on specific project requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).

Are your window and door sizes standardized or custom-made?

Our products are custom made. We always manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to buyer dimensions and project requirements.

What is your standard delivery timeframe and payment terms?

Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are typically 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

What warranty is provided with your products?

We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading/non-peeling frame finishes, as well as proper functionality of hardware and accessories under normal operation (including 10 years for German hardware).

Do windows come with glass pre-installed?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure secure transportation and easy onsite installation. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized units.
