Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods fixed by steel bar with screws to the iron pallets to ensure stability. The whole pallet is wrapped with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation with careful inspection.

We can supply complete window systems (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as finished products ready for installation.
Q How can I get an exact price quote?
The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).
Q Are your windows and doors standard sizes or custom made?
Our products are custom made to order according to the client's dimensions and specific architectural drawings.
Q What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are typically 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Q What warranty do you provide for your products?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading, non-peel-off, and proper operation of hardware and accessories. German hardware comes with a dedicated 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are provided promptly via courier if required.
Q Do windows come with glass pre-installed?
We install glass at the factory based on window/door dimensions to guarantee safe transportation and easy installation. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for exceptionally large-sized products.
