Q: How can I get an exact price quote?
The price is based on specific buyer requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color preferences;
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).
Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are 100% custom-made. We manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to each buyer's dimensional requirements.
Q: What is your typical delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit with the balance due before delivery (Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted).
Q: What warranty is provided with your products?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering color fading, frame peel-off, and proper functionality of hardware/accessories under normal operation, including a 10-year warranty for German hardware.
Q: Are your products certified?
Yes, our products meet Australian standards, and we can perform additional testing and certification upon customer request.
