Delivery typically takes 38 to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.
We require a 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid before shipment following product inspection.
Windows come fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware. You can directly install them into the wall opening upon delivery.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering non-fading frames and proper hardware operation. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered promptly via international courier.
